Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Framia and serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA). By using the app, you accept them.
1. The service
Framia provides photo analyses generated by artificial intelligence for educational purposes. Results are indicative and do not constitute professional advice.
2. Account
To use Framia you must provide truthful information, and you are responsible for the activity that happens with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
3. Subscriptions and payments
- The available plans are Free, Pro and Premium. Prices are shown in the app.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period, including any trial period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal.
- Payment is charged through your store account (Apple App Store or Google Play). Managing and canceling the subscription also happens in your store account settings.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that you do not have the rights to.
5. Intellectual property
Your photos remain yours: you keep all rights to the images you analyze. You grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms over time; significant changes will be communicated in the app. The latest version is always published on this page.
