Framia fornisce analisi fotografiche generate da intelligenza artificiale a scopo didattico. I risultati sono indicativi e non costituiscono consulenza professionale.

2. Account

Per usare Framia devi fornire informazioni veritiere e sei responsabile dell'attività che avviene con il tuo account. Puoi eliminarlo in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Profilo → Elimina account).

3. Abbonamenti e pagamenti

• I piani disponibili sono Free, Pro e Premium. I prezzi sono mostrati nell'app.
• Gli abbonamenti a pagamento si rinnovano automaticamente al termine del periodo, incluso l'eventuale periodo di prova, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima del rinnovo.
• Il pagamento è addebitato tramite l'account dello store (Apple App Store o Google Play). Anche la gestione e la disdetta avvengono nelle impostazioni dell'account dello store.
• Disinstallare l'app non annulla l'abbonamento.

4. Uso accettabile

Non caricare contenuti illegali, offensivi o per i quali non hai i diritti.

5. Proprietà intellettuale

Le tue foto restano tue: mantieni tutti i diritti sulle immagini che analizzi. Ci concedi una licenza limitata per elaborarle al solo scopo di fornire il servizio.

6. Limitazione di responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito "così com'è". Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti.

7. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini nel tempo; le modifiche rilevanti saranno comunicate nell'app. La versione più recente è sempre pubblicata su questa pagina.

Framia provides photo analyses generated by artificial intelligence for educational purposes. Results are indicative and do not constitute professional advice.

2. Account

To use Framia you must provide truthful information, and you are responsible for the activity that happens with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

3. Subscriptions and payments

• The available plans are Free, Pro and Premium. Prices are shown in the app.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period, including any trial period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal.
• Payment is charged through your store account (Apple App Store or Google Play). Managing and canceling the subscription also happens in your store account settings.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that you do not have the rights to.

5. Intellectual property

Your photos remain yours: you keep all rights to the images you analyze. You grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms over time; significant changes will be communicated in the app. The latest version is always published on this page.
