Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data we process when you use Framia, why we process it, and what rights you have. It's written to be read, not to be signed.

Data we collect
- Account: email, name and profile picture provided by your sign-in provider (email and password, Google or Apple). Authentication is handled by Supabase.
- Photos: your images stay on your device and are not stored on our servers. When you request an analysis, the photo is sent transiently to the AI provider (Anthropic Claude and/or OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating the feedback; we keep the resulting score and feedback text, not the image.
- Usage data: credits, daily streak, subscription plan, text history of your analyses, technical logs and a device identifier (also used to prevent abuse of free credits).
- Push notifications: if you enable them, a device token used to send you reminders (for example an expiring streak) or to let you know when an analysis is ready.
Free guides on the website (lead magnets)
If you download a free guide from framia.site, you leave us your email. We store the email, the guide requested, language, referring page and consent date. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to support@framia.site: we delete the email within 30 days. We use it only for Framia communications (guides, app news), never to sell it or share it with third parties. The data is stored on Supabase, the same provider used by the app.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (photo analysis, School, planning, subscriptions), based on the performance of the contract.
- Security, abuse prevention and service improvement, based on legitimate interest.
Providers (sub-processors)
To run Framia we rely on selected providers, which process data only for the purposes listed:

Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete it at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account): deletion permanently removes your account, analyses and associated data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it (portability);
- request its rectification or deletion;
- object to the processing or request its restriction;
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to support@framia.site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time: the latest version is always published on this page, with the update date at the top.
